The Enterprise Account Manager (Junior) manages and grows enterprise client accounts for HRIS Software and Payroll Outsourcing Sun Fish solutions, focusing on client relationship management, revenue growth, and maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.

• Support in prospecting and acquiring new clients through cold calling, Linked In outreach, networking, and referrals
• Assist in building and managing sales pipeline
• Learn and apply solution-based selling techniques
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity reports

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in B2B sales and enterprise market
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
