Sales Representative, Business Development
Manage and build revenue and provide customer needs within a geographically defined territory
Demonstrate competency of promoting and selling new launch products to customers ethically and within compliance based on company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy
Achieve quarterly and annual territory targets
Visit established and prospective customers to maintain and develop strong relationships with customers
Develop and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and liaise with the Key Account Manager and Sales Division Manager to implement sales strategies
Report regularly on revenue performance to budget and variance analysis
Maintain complete and accurate customer data and daily sales activity thru CRM platform
Work with Service Engineer and Field Application Specialist to troubleshoot and resolve customer support cases
Proactive communication of customer ordering variations with respect to distributor and inventory management
Travel to customer sites across different geographical locations
Represent the company at local and interstate conferences and customer events
QualificationBachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology or science Major
1-2 years in sales/marketing experience in Life Science Industry
Knowledge in Laboratory, healthcare, medical or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
Experience using Customer Relation Management (CRM) platform
Intermediate in English (writing and speaking) is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with many diverse customers
Excellent in communication & presentation skills
Advanced skills in encouraging people & influencing decision
Strong teamwork & project management
Discipline and self-motivated person, able to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
Able to maintain professional appearance and behavior on duty
Having driver license A or C
History
PT. Indolab Utama was established on May 29th, 2008 as a private limited company in Jakarta. Our main business mostly on Biotechnology, Microbiology and Life Science products. Our products are used by life scientists who are asking fundamental questions about biological processes as well as by scientists who are applying scientific knowledge to diagnose and treat diseases, discover new therapeutics, and use genetics and DNA testing for human identification.
We have consistently provided solutions to various markets and application needs and offer a wide range of innovative products to our customer. Our company has been serving laboratories needs all over Indonesia since 2008. With more than 4000 items we provided to meet customers applications and satisfaction.

Our customers located in all over Indonesia. We have good relationship with our customer such as Research Institutes, Food and Beverage Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, Hospital and Universities. We are working through Sub-Distributors and dealer /local companies throughout Indonesia to give a better service to customers related to delivery time of the item we supplied.
Sub-Distributor
In early 2016, we have two Sub-Distributor who will be our channel partner to give more faster response to our customers. Our channel partner is located In East Java (CV.Biotek Prima Indoplus) and West Java (PT. Mitra Utama Indolab).
