Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Brilliant Think Center, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This full-time position is based in East Ciputat, Banten, and involves building strong partnerships with our top accounts within the sales industry.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing key accounts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing all aspects of the relationship
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and support
• Analyse account performance data and provide recommendations to improve profitability
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet client needs
• Participate in regular meetings with senior management to report on account progress

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Key Account Manager preferable in PHARMACEUTICAL OR BABY PRODUCT COMPANY
• Proven track record of growing revenue and building long-term partnerships with key clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to use data to drive decision-making
• Proficient in developing and presenting strategic account plans and proposals
• Ambitious, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
