Responsibilities- Melakukan outbound call untuk menawarkan program English 1
- Follow up database leads & maintain hubungan dengan calon siswa/ortu
- Capai target call, appointment, visit/showup, dan penjualan harian & mingguan
- Input data hasil call secara akurat ke sistem database
- Memberikan informasi event, promo, atau aktivitas center
- Aktif bekerja sama dengan tim center untuk meningkatkan hasil konversi

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK; D3/S1 lebih disukai
- Pengalaman telemarketing/Telesales minimal 1 tahun
- Komunikatif, percaya diri, dan mampu meyakinkan customer melalui telepon
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan ritme panggilan yang tinggi
- Mampu bekerja dengan data dan sistem CRM/Google Sheets.
- Disiplin, rajin follow-up, dan memiliki etika komunikasi yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja di akhir pekan (dengan jadwal libur bergantian)
