Min. 5 years working experience in Trade Marketing, preferable from FMCG background
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Skilled in Ms. Office especially in Ms. Excel & Power point
Able to work independently and in a team as well
Must be fluent in English
Direct helping sales team sell in and increase sales performance (focusing on channel)
Creating trade promotion sell in especially on SKU drive and slow-moving SKU also anticipate competitor’s activity benefits in channel.
Leading Area Sales Promotion & SMD team to increase feasibility product, distribution, and POSM feasibility in store
Customized programs that help customers drive traffic, loyalty, and conversion.
Join with distributor’s TM and create business plan for retailer chain stores.
Drive new and existing product distribution in respective channel and improve feasibility.
Field checking on the distributor performance and sub distributors productivity.
Managing sell out data per store and link to all marketing activity per store
