Company Overview

Established since 2019, PT Maximus Indo Asia is the dealer of Shantui and Maximus for Chinese’s heavy equipment series, SDEC (Shanghai Diesel Engine Corporation) for Chinese’s engine, and MOBA for German’s sensor. Supported by professional expertise with at least 10 years of experience, we are fully backed by the manufacturers and provide each sale of heavy equipment with comprehensive after‑sales service to ensure products are always ready to operate.

Job Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell heavy equipment units such as Excavator, Bulldozer, Motor Grader, Dump Truck, etc to individual and corporate customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop potential clients (mining, construction, plantation, logistics, etc.).
  • Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (service, spare parts, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery and after‑sales support.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer needs.
  • Handle customer complaints related to product and coordinate solutions with after‑sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales procedures and ethical standards.
  • Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events when required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, industrial machinery, or B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment products and applications is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Willing to travel frequently and be assigned to field operations.
  • Possess valid driving license (SIM A/C) and able to drive.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems are a plus).
  • Honest, proactive, customer‑oriented, and result‑driven attitude.
  • Willing to be placed at all branches (Pekanbaru, Jambi, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Tamiang Layang, etc.).
