This is a strategic commercial role with real ownership.

• Full responsibility for a portfolio of key accounts and high‑potential customers
• Direct impact on growth, market share, and strategic positioning
• Strong autonomy with close access to senior leadership
• Daily interaction with manufacturing, quality and R&D teams
• A business that values quality, trust and long‑term relationships over transactional sales

• Grow and develop key accounts across Building & Construction and Distribution
• Drive new business through new customers, new products and new applications
• Lead commercial negotiations and long‑term agreements
• Increase market share and strengthen customer intimacy
• Act as the commercial voice of the customer internally

• Commercial background in rolled aluminium or rolled non‑ferrous metals
• Proven experience selling into Building & Construction and/or Distribution
• Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, pricing and margins
• Confident negotiator with a structured, proactive sales approach
• International mindset; fluent English required
