We are a photography and video production studio based in Ubud, and we’re looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and effective in sales. This role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re looking for someone who will consistently follow up, convert interest into bookings, and can deliver results from the first month.

• Part-time / flexible hours (10–20 hours weekly)
• Lead generation, outreach, follow-ups and closing
• Some physical outreach may be involved (e.g., distributing posters/flyers)
• Basic monthly pay + 5% commission for every booking worth USD 500 and above
• Secure at least one new confirmed client per month.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, can secure new clients quickly, and closes deals by pitching and following up. He/she should also be self‑driven, confident in their sales ability, and genuinely know how to turn interest into confirmed bookings.
