Business Development
Business Development aims to identify market opportunities, develop business relationships, and increase product sales. Primary duties include market research to identify trends and customer needs, building partnerships with suppliers and clients, and designing marketing strategies to introduce new products. In addition, this role also includes contract negotiations, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Required skills include communication, negotiation, market analysis, and an understanding of the cosmetics industry.
Responsibilities:- Ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Find new customers to increase sales.
- Make sales presentations to customers if necessary.
- Make sales reports to superiors.
- Maximum age 30 years
- Minimum education S-1 majoring in Chemical (preferably majoring in Pharmacy)
- Minimum experience of 1 (one) year in the field. (Sales/R&D/Technical Support)
- Have good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Mastering active English both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in using computers at least MS-Office.
