Key Account Executive; Modern Trade

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in modern trade channels (e.g., Sociolla, Guardian, Watson).

Ensure proper visibility, placement, and display of products according to brand guidelines.

Monitor and optimize stock levels, product rotation, and shelf life at store level to avoid out-of-stock or expired products.

Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to manage timely replenishment and product availability.

Conduct regular store visits and audits to check planogram compliance and promotional setup.

Negotiate for additional display space and promotional placements to increase product visibility and sales.

Collect and analyze market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and consumer trends.

Implement trade marketing initiatives and in-store promotions effectively to drive sell-out.

Report on merchandising performance, sales trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Modern Trade merchandising or retail operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles and beauty/skincare market trends.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Experience managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of merchandising software tools being an advantage.
• Willing to work full Work From Office (WFO) arrangement at our Bintaro, South Tangerang office.
• Possesses a Motorcycle Driving License (SIM
  
  C).
