• Analyze sales figures, market trends, and buying patterns of both offline and online channels to make an effective merchandising strategy
• Perform and allocate products for all selling channels, ensuring availability of the right products in every store
• Control stock levels and organize stock movement within the business
• Weekly consolidation to ensure Right Products, Right Size & Right Quantity
• Make routine reports

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail, Supply Chain or related field
• Sales and Retail fashion industry experience
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Attention to detail; good in numbers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive mindset, ability to work within a team and individually, effective communication, and high standards of accuracy and result‑orientation
• Able to speak Bahasa and English
