Visual Merchandiser

This position taking ownership to enhance Häfele’s brand presence and drive customer engagement through impactful in-store and showroom visual displays. The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for planning, developing, and executing creative merchandising concepts.

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with Häfele’s brand identity and marketing direction.
• Design and maintain product displays for Home Appliances across showrooms, dealer stores, exhibitions, and events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure visual displays support promotional campaigns and sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of in-store presentations and customer flow to optimize product visibility.
• Manage production and installation of point-of-sale (POS) materials, signage, and display fixtures.

• Having bachelor’s degree in visual communication design, Interior Design, or related field is a plus.
• Work experience at least 2 years in Visual Merchandising (preferably in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronic or Furniture Industry).
• Excellent understanding of product display techniques and customer psychology.
• Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch Up, or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of marketing, retail operations, and consumer behavior.
