Admin & Back Office Assistant Manager main tasks are to manage and control

Prepare everything to support its operational activities

Provide everything needed in the ongoing process of operational activities

An evaluation and review of operational activities already done

Job Responsibilities:

Overseeing the admin staff performance in accordance with their respective jobdesc

Help resolve problems that arise in each of the administration

Together with Line Manager Administration, bridging the communication between the policies of the HQ that will be implemented to store

Together with Line Manager Administration controlling the costs incurred by the store

Together with Line Manager Administration oversees the performance of all Out Sourching collaboration with AEON

Together with Line Manager resolve problems related to violations of the Code Of Conduct

Ensuring the availability of goods into support all activities of the operation

Control stationery and store equipment.

Create the document filing system easy to maintain and easy to repeat order (document internal and external document)

Propose Standard Operation Procedure related GA matter. (Uniform, First Aid, Fire Drill, Cleaning time, Drivers schedule, Opening, Closing Store)

Always keep the customer satisfaction

Keep cleanliness at working area and provide comfort of the work area

Organizing the daily work schedule the whole range of administrative team are within an organizational structure

Perform and support any additional task had instructed to company's goal

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a supermarket or hypermarket at a similar level.

Strong understanding of supermarket operations and daily processes.

Strong leadership, problem solving, cost control, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Customer-oriented, confident, helpful, and polite personality.

Willing to work with shifting schedule following Operational Hours of Mall.

Willing to work inside in AEON Mall BSD
