Location: South Tangerang

We are looking for a National Operation Manager to lead and manage end-to-end store operations across all regions. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, consistent brand standards, and strong financial performance while delivering a high-quality customer experience both in-store and across omnichannel platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational leadership:
    Oversee daily store operations across all regions; ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety, hygiene, and visual merchandising.
  • Profit and loss ownership:
    Own store P&L performance; set targets, monitor variances, implement corrective actions to protect margin and improve unit economics.
  • Inventory and stock control:
    Liaise with Logistics and Production to manage stock allocation, replenishment, shrinkage control, and FIFO practices; ensure accurate inventory records and timely stock transfers.
  • Omnichannel coordination:
    Work closely with Online Delivery Manager, E‑commerce Manager, and Owned Channel teams to align promotions, fulfill SLAs, pricing, and inventory for delivery, click‑and‑collect, and in‑store sales.
  • Operational processes and SOPs:
    Develop, standardize, and continuously improve SOPs for store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, loss prevention, and customer service.
  • Performance management:
    Implement store scorecards, conduct regular store audits, mystery shops, and field visits; coach Area Managers and Store Managers to close performance gaps.
  • People leadership:
    Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing operations team; set clear KPIs, run performance reviews, and build succession plans.
  • Cost control and CAPEX:
    Manage operating expenses, labour scheduling, and store-level CAPEX; approve minor store investments and recommend larger projects.
  • Project execution:
    Lead rollouts of operational initiatives, new product launches, and seasonal programs; coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Supply teams for smooth execution.
  • Reporting and analytics:
    Deliver timely operational and financial reports; analyze sales mix, labour productivity, basket size, and conversion to inform strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Science, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience 7+ years in multi‑unit retail or F&B operations with P&L responsibility; experience in patisserie, bakery, chocolate, or premium F&B brands is a strong advantage.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience building store P&L models; familiarity with inventory management systems, POS, and CRM platforms.
  • Proven track record managing regional or national operations teams and driving measurable improvements in sales and margin.
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and business English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to stores nationwide.
