Experience Store Development & Operational Manager

We are looking for a hands‑on leader to grow and manage Experience Store. Your main focus is to lead the opening of new branches in strategic areas and improve our current store operations. You will be responsible for the entire process—from setting up new locations to building the team—ensuring our customers get the best experience while driving store revenue.

• Branch Expansion
  :
  Handle the end‑to‑end process of opening new stores, including location scouting, overseeing the build‑out, and managing the launch until the store is fully operational.
• Store Optimization
  :
  Improve daily store activities and customer flow to make sure the "experience" concept leads to better sales and customer satisfaction.
• Team Building
  :
  Recruit and develop the store team from scratch. You will make sure everyone knows their role and works effectively to reach the target.
• Planning & Monitoring
  :
  Plan the next steps for store growth, manage daily reports, and keep track of store performance to ensure we stay on the right track.
• Coordination
  :
  Work closely with the management team and other departments to make sure store activities are aligned with the company's goals.

• Experience
  :
  Background in managing retail or experience stores, with actual experience in opening new branches from the ground up.
• Operational Skills
  :
  Able to manage daily store operations and set up a good monitoring system for the team.
• Tech‑Savvy

  Comfortable using technology and already familiar with using AI tools in daily work to stay efficient and productive.
