• Team Leadership:
  Recruit, Train, And Manage A High-performing Retail Team. Foster A Culture Of Excellence, Accountability, And Customer-centricity Among Staff Members.
• Store Operations:
  Ensure The Efficient And Effective Operation Of All Retail Stores, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Performance.

• Financial Management:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Retail Director or in a similar role within the footwear or fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
