The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching.

Manage and coach the team into building sustainable client relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to the company policy.

Manage and motivate the team to drive the business.

Create a positive work environment, empower the team, and encourage innovative solutions.

Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (VM, clienteling, events, etc).

Build a client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives.

Requirements:

Must possess a minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree.

2+ years experience in the fashion retail industry - medium to luxury.

Eyes for detail, critical thinking, and a great sense of fashion.

Excellent ability in team management & development.

Role model in selling and floor management - training and VM.

Attractive, confident, with a high level of social and networking skills.
