What you will do

As a barista, you play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience by preparing and serving premium coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages that meet the Bobobox FnB business's standards of taste, artistry, and presentation. Beyond technical skill, the Barista embodies warm hospitality—engaging with guests to understand their preferences, recommending beverages, and ensuring each drink is crafted to perfection.

• Ensuring every drink is prepared according to established recipes, techniques, and quality benchmarks.
• Providing attentive, personalized service that enhances the overall dining experience.
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-organized bar area at all times, in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor and manage beverage and other supplies, ensure bar equipment is properly operated, cleaned, and maintained on a regular basis.
• Coordinating with service staff and kitchen teams to ensure the timely delivery of beverages in harmony with food service.
• Upholding the Bobobox FnB business s brand image through professional conduct, product knowledge, and attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in barista or hospitality is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista or bartender in a premium café, restaurant, or hotel.
• Proficient in operating coffee machines, grinders, blenders, shakers, and related bar equipment.
• Familiarity with cocktail and mocktail recipes, flavor balancing, and garnishing.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices in beverage preparation.
• Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics in beverage presentation.
