About the job Legal Manager (Real Estate)

We are recruiting on behalf of a Real Estate company, and they are currently looking to hire a Legal Manager that will report directly to the Director.

• Facilitate real estate transactions including buying and selling of land and buildings.
• Manage regulatory permits such as land permits (IMB), land rights (HGB), and other necessary licenses.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with tenants, buyers, vendors, contractors, architects, etc.
• Coordinate joint venture agreements and partnerships with financial institutions for mortgage arrangements (KPR) and additional business funding.
• Oversee mergers and acquisitions, ensuring legal compliance and smooth integration.
• Handle litigation matters effectively, representing the company in court proceedings when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate or related industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian property law, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Proven track record in negotiating and drafting legal agreements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Membership in PERADI and/or relevant certifications (preferred)
