Lab Analyst

Purpose

Executing Quality Control Testing and other relevant activities in physical chemical microbial laboratory and also Quality Assurance activities, including release result. Supporting Plant Operation during in-process quality control.

• Executing required testing in the lab (RM, PM, bulk, FG, retain sample, complaint sample, trial) including release result in the SAP.
• Working in the lab follows all management system applied 조직적으로.
• Coordinating lab helper for sampling activities.
• Conducting stock taking of lab chemicals and spare part inventory including glassware.
• Conducting retain sample testing, analyzing the result and reporting.
• Conducting inspection, testing, and investigation for complaint sample and reporting back to customer through customer service or supply chain.
• Conducting RM/PM trial for new supplier, new RM/PM, new packing concept and new product development.
• Perform inspection related to non-conformance in the line, starting from identifying problems, giving decisions about releases/disposal/more treatment, creating NC in SAPQN, communicating with suppliers until CAPA is closed in SAPQN.
• Instrument maintenance including verification of instrument, external calibration monitoring, and evaluation of instrument performance.
• Identify any risks when abnormal condition or operation appears and determine the safety measure.
• Active in the digital initiatives, continuous improvement and savings programs.

• Diploma holder in chemistry/pharmacy.
• Having experience in chemical lab operation for 2 years.
• Main competencies: collaboration, efficiency, flexibility; knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001, and SMK

• Strong communication in Bahasa and intermediate English.
