Quality Systems Manager

Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality, Food Safety, and Regulatory systems at TJT Indonesia. Ensures effective documentation, compliance with BPOM, Halal, and international standards, and provides system support to operational teams. Acts as a key link between QA leadership and operational staff to drive a culture of compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BPOM, Halal, ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, and other relevant standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, track findings, and support closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of certifications.
• Manage document control systems for policies, SOPs, and records.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data for management reporting.
• Conduct training sessions on quality systems, SOPs, and compliance requirements for operational teams.
• Support knowledge transfer to local teams and build food safety culture awareness.
• Provide system-level support during production line checks, validations, and trials.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to ensure system adherence during change management, new product introduction, and equipment modifications.
• Prepare reports and data packs for customers and regulatory bodies.
• Support customer complaint investigations by ensuring timely data retrieval and system documentation.
