Responsibilities You are on a journey to join an exciting company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily Quality Control activities for Refinery & Functional Fats/Oils products along with WWTP & Utility water.
• Ensure raw materials, in-process, and finished goods comply with internal specifications, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
• Oversee laboratory testing such as and other relevant analysis.
• Review and approve QC inspection reports and test results.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and customer complaints.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate QC analysts and technicians.
• Maintain calibration and validation of laboratory equipment.
• Prepare quality reports, trend analysis, and KPIs for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies within the laboratory and plant.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer or Chemistry with minimum 4 years experiences as a Chemist / Senior Analyst at the same field.
• Hands on experience with lab instruments (NIRS, NMR, HPLC, GC).
• Have leadership skill to lead the team i.e. supervise the team, coaching, and collaborating.
• Willing to be placed in Dumai, Riau.
