Quality Management - Washing Machine

Handle, analyze, and drive corrective actions for quality incidents and emergency quality issues related to washing machines.

Conduct technical evaluation of warranty (3-guarantee) washing machines and defective parts.

Follow up on packaging damage issues during logistics and warehousing process.

Monitor CRM system data accuracy related to washing machine quality cases.

Perform quality monitoring and outgoing inspection at OEM factories.

Conduct quality inspection for new platform / new washing machine model launches.

Track and analyze online market reviews and quality feedback for washing machine products.

Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Describe daily activities and tasks focused on quality assurance and improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in washing machine / home appliance quality.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
