Head of Quality

Our client is a well-established American multinational in the footwear component manufacturing sector. They’re strengthening their quality leadership team and currently looking for a Head of Quality to oversee plant wide quality operations.

The role covers end to end quality control and assurance, including incoming material inspection, in process control across cutting, molding, lamination, assembly, and finishing, as well as final product verification. It also involves driving root cause analysis, leading improvement initiatives, managing customer complaints, and ensuring full compliance with ISO and other audit requirements. The position leads several supervisors and a large QC workforce, so strong people management experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

This opportunity suits someone with solid experience in QC or QA management, ideally within footwear, insole, foam, polymer, or similar industries, and proven ability to strengthen quality systems and guide large teams.
