Gardener & Pool Technician – Bali Bliss Estates (Full-Time)

Location: Bingin Bali
Schedule: Full-time, 6 days per week

Bali Bliss Estates manages a collection of luxury villas in Canggu and Bingin, designed for guests seeking privacy, comfort, and authentic Balinese hospitality. Our tropical gardens and crystal-clear pools are a core part of the guest experience—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained year-round.

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Gardener & Pool Technician to maintain small gardens and pools across 15 villas
. You will divide your time between our properties in Uluwatu/Bingin, ensuring all outdoor areas and swimming pools are consistently clean, healthy, and guest-ready.

Gardens & Grounds

• Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, and watering.
• Identify and care for a variety of tropical plants, trees, and flowers.
• Apply fertilization, soil improvement, and eco-friendly pest control.
• Keep pathways, driveways, and pool decks clean, safe, and free of debris.
• Inspect and report irrigation or drainage issues to the Villa Manager/Supervisor.

Pools

• Test and balance pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, TA, CYA) and keep detailed logs.
• Skim, brush, and vacuum pools; clean skimmer/pump baskets; backwash/clean filters.
• Monitor and maintain pumps, filters, timers, lights, and other pool equipment; report faults promptly.
• Treat and prevent algae; shock as needed; safely handle and store chemicals.
• Ensure all pools meet cleanliness and safety standards before guest use.

Team & Planning

• Coordinate a clear weekly route/maintenance schedule across multiple villas.
• Work closely with villa staff to align timing with guest stays and privacy needs.
• Proactively identify improvements and communicate supply/equipment needs.

• 3+ years experience in gardening and/or pool maintenance (villas/hotels/estates preferred).
• Solid knowledge of tropical landscaping and routine pool care & water chemistry.
• Able to operate and maintain gardening tools and pool equipment.
• Physically fit, dependable, and detail-oriented; able to work independently across multiple properties.
• Basic communication in Bahasa Indonesia and understands English

• Advantage: basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting for pumps/irrigation; pool maintenance certificate.
• You already live in Bali
