Overview

PT Empire Pixel International, based in BSD City, Tangerang (A Local Indonesian Company) is looking for talented individuals with 3+ years of experience to fill the title position at our BSD office immediately.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our company’s social media presence and help grow our brand online. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement. Candidates with the following skills and experience who are immediately available are welcome to apply.

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, X, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos.
• Manage daily social media activities, including comments, messages, and community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using insights and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with video content creation (Reels, Shorts, Tik Tok).

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
