Affiliate Intern

Gently is a fast-growing personal care brand for babies and kids, built on gentle formulas, meaningful efficacy, and a mission to support healthier lifestyles for Indonesian families. As our digital and affiliate ecosystem expands, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Affiliate Intern who is organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to the growth of our affiliate program.

What You Will Do

• Support the affiliate team by preparing and providing tools and resources for partners, including banners, tracking links, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate the distribution of sample products to affiliates to support their content creation and promotional activities.
• Assist in setting up special promotions for affiliate partners, ensuring accuracy in details such as discount codes, timelines, and tracking links.
• Maintain and update affiliate resource folders, ensuring all materials are complete, accessible, and up to date.
• Support data entry, tracking, and reporting activities for affiliate performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, e-commerce) to gather materials needed for affiliates.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to the affiliate program.

What We’re Looking For

• Recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel this is a must (basic formulas, organization of data, simple reporting).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple small tasks at once.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willing to learn about affiliate marketing, influencer management, and e-commerce ecosystems.
• Proactive, fast learner, and excited to work in a dynamic startup environment.
