Do you have a passion for promotional events, brand activation, and field coordination? As a Promotion Staff
, you will be the driving force behind Yamaha’s dealer-level campaigns—from planning exciting roadshows and community activations to ensuring every banner and brochure reflects the Yamaha brand. This role challenges you to think creatively, execute precisely, and collaborate with dealers, vendors, and internal teams. • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably Communication or Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in promotions, marketing, or events.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills; able to work with dealers, vendors, and internal functions.
• Highly mobile, flexible with schedules, and ready to work on-site at various dealer locations.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail, reporting accuracy, and brand alignment.

• Plan, execute, and monitor dealer/cabang promotional events (roadshows, exhibitions, CSR, retail activations) to ensure timely, efficient, and SOP-compliant implementation.
• Distribute and update promotional materials (banners, merchandise, media kits) and ensure brand consistency across all dealers.
• Collect and report field data: event effectiveness, budget realization, valid prospect/hot prospect data, and STU contribution.
• Conduct location surveys, liaise with EO, and support full event logistics from setup to execution.
• Gather market and competitor insights from the field as input for future promotional strategies.
