We are a fast-growing global ecommerce beauty company operating across Australia, UK, EU and USA, specializing in haircare, skincare and cosmetics.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ecommerce Retention Manager to take full ownership of our email and SMS revenue systems using Klaviyo. This role plays a critical part in increasing recovered revenue, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
This is an on-site position based in our Bali office.
The RoleYou will be responsible for building, managing and optimizing a complete lifecycle retention system that converts visitors into customers and customers into repeat buyers.
This is a revenue-focused position where performance will be measured by measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Lifecycle Automation Strategy- Build and optimize advanced Klaviyo automation systems
- Design behavior-based customer journeys
- Develop segmentation strategies using customer and purchase data
- Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization
You must have proven experience building and managing:
- Multi-step Welcome Flow
- Browse Abandonment Flow
- Cart Abandonment (Email & SMS)
- Checkout Abandonment Recovery
- Post-Purchase Upsell & Cross-Sell Flows
- VIP Retention & Loyalty Flows
- Win-Back & Reactivation Campaigns
- Site Abandonment Sequences
- Plan and execute promotional email & SMS campaigns
- Manage seasonal campaigns and product launches
- Optimize campaign performance and revenue contribution
- Monitor open rates, CTR, conversion rates and revenue per recipient
- Continuously optimize automation for revenue growth
- Minimum 3+ years advanced Klaviyo experience
- Proven experience building full lifecycle funnels
- Advanced segmentation and behavioral targeting skills
- Shopify integration experience
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Automation architecture you have built
- Lifecycle strategy implementation
- Revenue results generated from retention systems
Performance improvements from optimization work - Experience working with ecommerce brands
- Beauty / Skincare / Cosmetics industry experience
- Experience managing large SKU catalogues
- Experience scaling retention systems in high-growth ecommerce environments
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Increase in abandoned cart recovery revenue
- Improvement in repeat purchase rate
- Growth in customer lifetime value
- Increase in revenue contribution from email & SMS
- Scalable automated lifecycle systems
Degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not essential)
Proven hands‑on ecommerce automation experience is essential
