Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role (Agency or Brand side).

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media content plans while strictly supervising agency deliverables to ensure brand alignment and high‑quality output.
• Leverage various digital marketing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Ads Manager Analytics, and Social Media Analytics) to extract and translate data into actionable performance insights.
• Manage and continuously optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve specific conversion targets and maximize ROI.
• Oversee end‑to‑end influencer partnerships and large‑scale KOL campaigns
  , from initial identification and negotiation to final performance reporting.
• Monitor website health and implement SEO best practices to significantly improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Lead and coordinate digital marketing projects by managing the entire workflow, from initial ideation to final evaluation and reporting.
