Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (managerial level in the property or real estate industry)
• Strong communication skills (Fluent in English)
• In-depth knowledge of the property industry and market trends
• Willing to be placed in South Tangerang

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the company’s property products
• Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns for both commercial and residential property projects
• Set and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all marketing and sales activities align with the approved budget
• Conduct market analysis to understand consumer trends, needs, and competitor activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property agents, and business partners to expand the network and increase sales volume
