Assistant Brand Manager; F&B

Overview

Looking for Assistant Brand Managers (with experience/background in the food service industry)

• Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns for the company's food and beverage product lines
• Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand content and assets
• Manage the brand's social media presence and engagement with customers
• Support the planning and execution of brand-related events and promotional activities
• Gather and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives
• Provide administrative support and contribute to the overall brand management function

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in the hospitality / F&B industries
• Solid brand management knowledge, including brand positioning and brand strategy
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, coupled with a strong sales mindset
• Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies, and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management, including clear and structured reporting
• Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
• Independent, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to multitask under tight schedules
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), Mandarin proficiency is a plus
