Ecommerce Manager

We’re a growing digital team working with lifestyle, food, and fashion brands across Southeast Asia. As we expand, we’re looking for a driven and resourceful Ecommerce Manager to lead the daily operations across .com stores and marketplaces.

As our Ecommerce Manager, you’ll take ownership of both DTC (.com) and marketplace channels. You’ll coordinate campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure smooth operations across platforms.

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory
• Coordinate new collection and landing page launches
• Work with performance marketing team to align campaign strategy
• Monitor store analytics and propose optimisation strategies
• Oversee product listings, campaigns, chat response, and store health
• Coordinate promotions, sales events, and store vouchers
• Track sales performance and adjust levers to improve visibility and conversion
• Work with content, design, and marketing teams to keep messaging consistent
• Apply basic SEO practices to improve product/category performance
• Coordinate email/CRM calendars (e.g., for product launches, promotions)
• Prepare regular reports with actionable insights

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce management (both .com and marketplace)
• Familiar with tools like Shopify, Woo Commerce, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bonus if you’ve worked with SEO or CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects remotely
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
