Digital Communications Officer

Responsibilities

• Digital Asset Administration
  • Maintain an organized digital content library (images, videos, infographics, publications) for internal and external use.
  • Ensure proper metadata tagging, version control, and asset compliance with corporate branding.
  • Coordinate with internal creative team and content team to ensure content availability before campaign launches.
• Content Management
  • Assist in scheduling, uploading, and quality-checking content on corporate channels (website, Linked In, You Tube, Instagram).
  • Support proofreading, formatting, and optimizing content for consistency and engagement.
  • Ensure timely publication aligned with campaign timelines and communication calendar.
• Performance Evaluation
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of published content across platforms.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on content reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve future content planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in digital content management, corporate communications, or social media analytics.
• Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of branding, corporate tone of voice, and stakeholder communication.
