Client Relationship Manager
Location: South Tangerang
Responsible for developing and expanding target clients in the Indonesian market, with a strong focus on promoting Tik Tok advertising solutions, formulating client acquisition strategies, and achieving team spending and performance targets.
Deeply identify clients’ business needs and marketing pain points, and leverage the Tik Tok ecosystem to design customized marketing solutions, including paid advertising, content operations, and growth strategies.
Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key clients through regular and efficient communication, timely follow‑ups, and continuous relationship management to enhance client loyalty.
Provide full‑cycle strategic support and service delivery, from solution execution and performance monitoring to review and optimization, with the goal of improving client satisfaction, repeat business, and renewal rates.
Develop and expand local ecosystem service partners in Indonesia, establish cooperation channels, and enrich local resource networks.
Maintain and strengthen partnerships with local ecosystem players, promote deep collaboration, and jointly empower clients to build a sustainable and healthy market ecosystem.
II. Qualifications Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in sales, e-commerce, or business development.
- Candidates with Tik Tok KOL/KOC resources or brand client resources are preferred.
- Experience in Southeast Asian markets, especially Indonesia, is a strong plus.
- Language
Skills:
Proficient in Indonesian, English, and Chinese (spoken and written), capable of handling end‑to‑end business communication and negotiations independently. Familiar with Indonesian local culture, consumer behavior, and business practices. - Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent business communication and negotiation skills, strong ability to identify client needs, and capable of building trust with stakeholders at all levels. - Market & Professional Insight:
Solid understanding of the Tik Tok ecosystem and social media advertising, strong market awareness, and effective problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Strong local resources, including advertising agencies, brand owners, or MCN partners in Indonesia.
- Hands‑on experience in Tik Tok ad operations, client management, and performance review/optimization.
- Familiar with Indonesian advertising regulations and compliance requirements.
