Industrial Production Manager (Bakery & Pastry)

Must be located in Bali (For face to face interview & Trial day)

We are looking for a strong structured Industrial Production Manager to lead and control our bakery production operations. This is a management and production control role focused on efficiency, quality, cost control, and team structure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production Management
  • Ensure stable and consistent product quality
  • Maintain production schedules and workflow efficiency
  • Implement and control SOPs
• Cost & Inventory Control
  • Monitor ingredient usage and prevent waste
  • Control spoilage and production losses
  • Ensure accurate costing of menu items
  • Supervise stock levels and supplier orders
  • Organize and assign daily roles
  • Balance shifts (including night production if needed)
  • Train and develop team members
  • Maintain discipline, hygiene, and production standards
• Quality Control
  • Monitor presentation and consistency of products
  • Handle internal feedback and continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years experience in bakery / pastry production management
• Strong understanding of production costing and inventory control
• Experience leading kitchen or bakery teams
• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and manage workflow efficiently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
