Continuous Improvement Specialist; Mandarin Speaker

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for synchronizing standard, work instruction, and other operational documents. Conduct related training and ensure synchronization work in a timely manner.

Responsible for organizing monthly audits of production lines every month. Summarize all problems found in the production line audit and ask the relevant responsible departments for corrective and follow‑up actions.

Review the updated content in the Quality Plan per model, summarize the quality documents, and ensure the document update content is the same as in China.

Responsible for the quality of internal audits and QMS audits to summarize and complete findings in a timely manner, classify and sort the status of incomplete and completed findings, follow up, and encourage audit team to complete pending findings.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any major, with good text organization and documentation skills.
• Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in an information system–related field.
• Familiar with manufacturing systems, testing processes, and non‑conformance control processes.
• Preferably understand ISO 9001:2015.
• Proactive, responsible, detail‑oriented, and possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work overtime and in night shifts.
