Supervisor Produksi

PT Grahasumber Prima Elektronik is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in South Tangerang. In this key role, you will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring production targets are met in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and safety, while leading and coordinating the production team effectively to support our electrical and power system manufacturing operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in electrical panel, power system, or data center-related industries.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in production.
• Strong understanding of production processes, especially electrical panel assembly or industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and production documentation.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and capable of working under tight deadlines and targets.
• Knowledge of K3 (Work Safety), 5S/5R, and basic quality control standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead, guide, and monitor production operators and technicians to ensure work is carried out according to procedures and standards.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved and resolve production issues effectively.
• Coordinate with Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor material usage and report any shortages or issues impacting production.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (K3) and company policies within the production area.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports for management review.
• Continuously improve production efficiency, productivity, and workmanship quality.
