Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Supervisor to join PT Indofood Fortuna Makmur
. This role is responsible for providing technical support and operational oversight across our manufacturing facilities. Your technical expertise and leadership will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and smooth operation of critical systems and production processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Technical Support Supervisor or in a related role
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity, and inventory control
• Experience in process improvement (Lean/Kaizen)
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
• Effective communication and cross‑functional coordination skills
• Willing to travel frequently and open to placement in various locations
• Able to communicate in English for reporting purposes
• Willing to be placed in Cikokol, Tangerang

• Monitor technical support performance and ensure timely issue resolution
• Track and evaluate productivity initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability
• Implement controls to reduce waste and prevent stockouts
• Prepare reports on productivity, equipment, and production line performance
