Production Trainer (Manufacturing Process & Operation)

Develop and design production process training materials based on FMCG workflow — from raw material handling, production process, and packaging to finished goods.

Conduct training and coaching sessions for new and existing operators on SOP, GMP, 5R, and safety procedures.

Perform operator skill assessments to ensure competency levels meet job requirements on the production line.

Collaborate with Production Leaders, QA, and HR Training to identify training needs and competency gaps.

Prepare training plans and on-the-job training (OJT) schedules according to production needs.

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for operator performance improvement.

Maintain training documentation, evaluation results, and internal certification records in the HR system.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in production or production training within the FMCG industry.

Good understanding of FMCG production flow process, including GMP, HACCP, and safety (HSE) principles.

Ability to design and deliver practical, needs-based training materials.

Strong communication, discipline, and coaching skills.

Detail-oriented and passionate about developing workforce competency in production areas.
