Supervisor Engineering

SUPERVISOR MAINTENANCE

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor in a manufacturing environment (preferably in plastic manufacturing or recycling industry).

Fluent in English Conversation is MUST

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams effectively.

Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of developing or modifying engineering designs.

Comprehensive understanding of machining processes, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Ability to analyze abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

Capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative in working with diverse teams and dynamic work environments.

• Lead and supervise the engineering team.
• Develop & implement preventive & corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor the availability of spare parts & work equipment.
• Coordinate with Production & QA/QC departments.
• Prepare maintenance & downtime reports.
• Ensure the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards & technician team development.
