Job Purpose

This role is responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence within the Personal Care business in Indonesia by managing Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) operations, leading BG-driven new product development (NPD) launches, and shaping long-term capacity strategies for Skin Cleansing, Deodorants, and Baby Care categories. The position ensures agility, compliance, and strategic capacity readiness to support business growth objectives.

Collaborative Manufacturing
  • Partner with co‑manufacturers to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Optimize performance, compliance, and cost efficiency across external manufacturing operations.
  • Work closely with the planning team to ensure seamless service delivery and supply continuity.
Innovation Project Management
  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of BG‑led NPD launches, ensuring on‑time and in‑full delivery.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration and risk mitigation to enable successful product introductions.
  • Support in supplier and sourcing unit (in‑house & CM) capability development for premium innovation readiness.
Long‑Term Capacity Planning
  • Support strategic capacity planning to align with future growth and innovation pipeline.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and production capabilities to identify capacity gaps and risks.
  • Contribute to investment proposals for capacity expansion and modernization initiatives.
