Supervisor Production

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
, Food Technology, Agricultural Product Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in supervisor production.

Preferred candidates with prior experience in the wine industry or fermented beverages.

Strong organizational and communication skills to lead and manage a small team.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Willing to be based in Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia
.

Proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented personality.

• Apply and enforce work instructions at each stage of the winemaking process.
• Record and manage production data in the traceability system.
• Ensure compliance with good winemaking practices, hygiene, and safety rules.
• Learn and operate production machinery such as pumps, filters, etc.
• Support and follow new R&D projects related to wines and other products.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments in the winery.
