Production Printing Press Section Head

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/section head role; preferably in printing & packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes.
• Skilled in production planning, process control, and efficiency improvement (OEE, downtime, cost saving).
• Familiar with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc) and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Leadership skills to manage operators/technicians and coordinate with PPIC, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse.
• Good decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work with targets and deadlines; willing to work shifts if required.
• Familiar with production monitoring systems.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang
