Head of Trial Class Manager

The Head of Trial Class Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Trial Class operations, ensuring high-quality student experience during trial sessions, optimizing conversion rates to paid students, and leading the tutor/trial specialist team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership
    • Lead and oversee all trial class activities (both online and offline).
    • Develop standard SOPs to ensure consistent and effective trial class quality.
    • Manage trial schedules, tutor availability, and ensure sessions run on time.
  • Conversion Optimization
    • Develop strategies to increase conversion rates from trial to paid students.
  • Team Management
    • Lead the Trial Class Manager team leads.
    • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
    • Set team KPIs related to trial quality and conversion.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build a seamless trial‑to‑paid journey.
    • Provide feedback to the Product/Curriculum Team to improve materials based on trial insights.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports: number of trials, attendance rate, conversion rate, and tutor performance.
    • Use data to create performance improvement action plans.
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in education, training, customer experience, or operations (EdTech is a strong plus).
    • Proven team leadership experience.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Data-driven, communicative, and customer-centric mindset.
    • Comfortable working with targets and strict deadlines.
