• Bachelor’s Degree in any major from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telemarketing/Telesales Supervisor; experience in Fintech is a strong advantage
• Proven experience managing at least 5 Team Leaders and 75 agents
• Comfortable communicating in English (both written and spoken)
• Fast learner with the ability to understand new products, systems, and processes quickly
• Strong selling, coaching, and problem‑solving skills
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to grow in a dynamic organization
