• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation; manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
• Create ideas to manage project expansion.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Technical expertise: A good understanding of full stack development (Rest API, Nest.
  
  JS, Laravel, Angular, Postgre
  
  SQL) and the ability to communicate effectively with technical team members.
• Communication:

• Experience as Project Management IT or Technical Lead in relevant mobile app development and website development projects.
• Knowledge regarding API, Back End System, and Mobile App development.
• Familiarity with data and project management tools.
• Skills to create documentation flow and flow charts.
• Conceptual thinking skills to create ideas and propose enhancements for projects.
