Our growth in Jakarta presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee our project portfolio and construction operations.

Role Overview:
The SVP of Projects & Construction will lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale data center projects in Jakarta and surrounding regions. This executive role requires deep technical expertise in data center construction, strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.

• Lead all phases of data center projects from concept, design, and permitting to construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and execute project strategies to ensure safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery across multiple sites.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and risk management for multi-million-dollar construction projects.
• Manage and mentor project teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and vendor management staff.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment with technical, operational, and sustainability goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and environmental requirements.
• Represent the company with clients, partners, and regulators on project-related matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in data center or large-scale critical facility construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-site, multi-million-dollar construction projects, ideally within Southeast Asia.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural systems specific to data centers.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with international contractors, vendors, and standards is highly preferred.
