Job Description :

• Reporting Into The Head Of Talent Development, This Individual Will Lead A Team And Helm Southeast Asia Remit, Responsible For Providing Training Of Both A Technical And Soft Skill Nature To The Business Across Markets
• Your Main Focus Will Be On Delivering Management And Leadership Training Working In The Close Collaboration With The Managing Directors Population In Your Region
• Responsible For Organizing And Managing The Requirements Across The Region And Will Also Be Responsible For The Career Development Of Your Team
• Work With The Business To Deliver To Their Immediate Needs Whilst Planning And Anticipating Future Needs Working With The Broader HR Team
• Be Responsible And Accountable For Maintaining Consistency Of Service, Delivery Of Workshops And Processes To The Broader Business And Team.
• Drive And Lead APAC Wide Projects As Well As Global Initiatives Across Our Multiple Locations

Requirement :

• The ideal candidate will have about 7 years of solid experiences in the talent development space
• Well versed with leadership and management competency topics, commercial to interact and spar with the leaders as a business partner, and comfortable with an international and multi-cultural environment
