Project Manager - Industrial Inspections
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Industrial Inspections in Jakarta, Indonesia for a PROJECT MANAGER.
As the Project Manager – Industrial Inspections, you will be responsible for creating, preparing, and managing the industrial inspection department with a fast-paced and dedicated team that works together to manage challenges within today’s global marketplace.

Tasks and Responsibilities- Set up the industrial inspection workflow, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and accreditation requirements, including completing legal registrations, certifications, and accreditations.
- Address any challenges and propose solutions.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to set up Industrial Inspection.
- Identify and acquire necessary equipment, tools, and facilities.
- Coordinate and build relationships with key industry players, regulatory bodies, international teams, and clients.
- Support the development of marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Identify potential tenders, contracts, and partnerships for growth.
- Hire and train inspection staff, technicians, and administrative personnel, ensuring inspectors are certified and qualified according to international and local standards. Ensure inspections meet ISO, ASTM, or local industry standards.
- Implement safety and quality training programs.
- Maintain insurance, liability coverage, and workplace safety compliance.
- Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
- Diploma or Degree in any Engineering field.
- Diploma in Business Management would be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NDT/Lifting gear inspections and with isometric and CAD drawings.
- Preferably with valid ASNT/PCN/CSWIP Level 2 UT, MT, PT, VT certifications.
- LEEA Level 1/2 certification would be advantageous.
- Good proficiency in the English language, spoken and written.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office).
